*** UNDER MAJOR CONSTRUCTION ***
Yes, this is still happening after months and months of delays, it is finally happening.
The rules are pretty simple. Instead of me making a list, you guys will send me a list of the best 2000's cartoons. This is also a great chance for you to see your favorites cartoons included.
As you guys PM me your lists, I will add them to the OP. Once the list is complete, you guys will then rate the titles from 0-10. You can include scores like 5.5, or even 5.3, but not 5.57. It will just be my counted at 5.5.
Deadline to send me your lists is January 25th. That is right around the corner, so hurry, hurry.

I got 29 for the 90's rate. So, hopefully, I can get that again, especially since with this one people can be a bit more involved.

Wow, that's a pretty good number. It didn't seem like that from the people posting in the thread.
Here is a list just in case anyone needs it!

Yeah, that list is mine, and I didn't forget X-Men: Evolution. I just didn’t think enough of it to include it in my list of suggestions. That show did nothing to advance the X-Men animated universe and was a poor sequel to the original. Now, everyone knows the story of the X-men. If you're going to tell it again, then it needs to be fresh, but X-Men: Evolution did nothing for the characters, other than make many of them younger. It just felt like something that was slapped together to promote the brand to kids just as the first three X-Men live action movies were being made. In fact, I thought it was so corny that I completely paid “Wolverine and the X-Men” dust, until after it was cancelled and streaming on Netflix, only to be completely surprised as how good “Wolverine and the X-men” actually was.

You know what was a good cartoon set in high school that I forgot to include? But now I'm thinking about it since you brought up X-Men: Evolution. Spectacular Spiderman. Bloo, please include it, in the list.
SS really was a fresh take on the Spiderman myth. Up until that point, I don't think there was a Spiderman show that set Peter in high school. They had Gwen Stacy and Mary Jane on the show, and Gwen had a bigger role. In addition to his superhero drama, Peter had relationship drama. The show was really contemporary and sophisticated. It really felt like New York and Peter's school was super diverse, and their were all these interracial relationships shown on screen.

And I have no problem with that whatsoever! It's a deserving victor. It is the most revolutionary cartoon to come out of that decade. I love the DCAU, and most of their shows, but it's easier to dig into comics archives and expand on that source material, then it is to create a whole, new universe, which is what A:TLA did. Azula was one of the greatest female characters ever, animated or otherwise.

Eh, I think Iroh was my favorite character.
Azula was great, though. Her psychotic breakdown in the finale was downright haunting.
