Challenge #1 Results

First with the Green team, green, Money, perfect with the dollar bill and promoting your teammates favorite artists to make each one of you stand out, nice! Now for the faded image tactic to make the images look more timeless like that of a real coin, I think it worked for Elements, Era, and maybe DripDrip (that also might be my opinion because of the dark background and big blank image spots).
Verdict: I think I liked the presentation of the Green Team's avis more then the Gold teams. As much as I want to like the Gold team for their addition of the name titles, I just prefer the Green teams more.
Banners:
Green Team,  I see the connection from your avis to your banner is only the dollar bill, but this is a decent banner, I would have liked a bit of connection to your actual team, but its a pretty nice banner.
Gold Team, while its a bit debatable that this can be considered a banner compared to what I imagined it to be (its more of a poster really), the execution of this is pristine! You had sentiments of your team, and it runs into a place that makes your banner look like a winner. Only thing I would have to say is Dripdrip's image is close to being center and I would have liked it moved a hair to the left.
Other then that, you Slayed this part!
Verdict: all the essence of this part of the challenge were shown only in team Gold's entry, so that wins.
Overall:
If I had to judge based on the entries alone, I would say the Gold Team had a come cohesive entry compared to the Green team. The banner for the Gold Team did infact compliment the avis, the slogan and user title. Green Team had such strong potential but only pieces of your entry blew me away! |

This is an excellent entry! Every piece of it felt very well planned out and it all came together very cohesively. I really like the idea for the avis, and the execution is flawless. Who is the woman (man?) DripDrip is using? I seriously love the slogan, it's perfect. The user title is also great, I love that it ties in with the slogan. I like that your explanation didn't feel like BS; I believe everything you said in it, and I can tell effort went into it. To me, the weakest part of the entry was the banner... it feels like too much. I would have loved it if it stopped with "TEAM GOLD" circle and it didn't have the feather and all of your names and faves. Just the black box with the suns, your names, and then the big medallion would have looked neater. It's not bad, and certainly well designed, but it was the only part of the entry I wasn't floored by. Overall, it was a hella solid entry. Very impressive!

-Gold Team: I love the touch of the gold feather and everything looks pretty good, but I wish it would have been smaller. In the end you have been requested a banner and not a poster.
Slogans:
-Green Team: I love your slogan and the little touch of the emoji in your user titles.
-Gold Team: I love the ARTPOP-iness in your user title  However, the slogan is kinda meh

Finally, your slogan, which I find a huge fault with. It honestly makes no sense grammatically (huge grammar snob, sorry!). If you use the word envy with the word green, you use it with the noun form of green, which is a color. Now, there is a way that you could use green and envy, but you'd have to change envy to envious since that sounds better and is actually grammatically correct. Your explanation is shady as hell, btw (not that there's anything wrong with that  ).
Overall, decent job!
GOLD TEAM
Let's start with the avis this time, which look great like the Green Team's! There are only two of them, which I'm ehhhh about (BeyRih and DripDrip). The main issue is that the faces aren't really that clear in those 2 pictures.
I'm in love with the banner! It looks so crisp and clean. It is slightly gaudy, but it feels complete. Well done, Era!
About the slogan, I feel like it sounds abrupt, meaning that it just doesn't flow together/sound right. It sounds better for a jewelry company than a team name  . However, it does make sense with your explanation. Finally, the user title, it sounds great! However, I wish that you kinda stuck to one thing. You used "Tears of the sun" in your banner, which would've been a great user title, but you used "Touched by Midas" instead, which is good too but overall slightly confusing as to why you didn't stick to one thing.
Overall, decent job as well!
