To be fair I wouldn't say I "totally like" Demi. I've heard Skyscraper and listened to her self-titled and bopped to like 4 songs. I haven't heard any of her Disney channel stuff.

I haven't even listened to Piece by Piece (yet), nor do I own it.

What I get from this post tho is that you're sizeist. Body shaming isn't cute. Just because they're bigger women doesn't mean they shouldn't see success, especially when they're pretty good vocalists.
