Why are you blaming these "boring eras" on Beyoncé? Beyoncé, herself, chose to fall back on promotion and radio exposure during the BEYONCÉ era. She could have promoted the hell out of each song on the album, performed at every late night talk show, hosted SNL, etc, etc, etc. No one says no to her, so it's not like she was having trouble getting her work attention. If Beyoncé wanted an eventful era, she would've had an eventful era. Beyoncé might have also sabotaged herself a bit by releasing all the videos with the album, but no one else is doing the visual release, so it's not like that is hurting them too.
Beyoncé put attention back on THE ALBUM. Look at the singles climate right now, look at the Billboard Hot 100 right now. There's a reason no one has been able to dethrone Uptown Funk even though everyone is tired of the song. It's because it's the last single people really cared about. No one cares that much about pre-album singles anymore. They just want the album to judge for themselves. That is a result of Beyoncé's work. Now whether another artist decides to continue promoting their album after it's release, that's their issue. It's has nothing to do with Beyoncé. And if the music is good, people will love it. Ya'll claim that BEYONCÉ only worked because she is a big name, but U2 are a much bigger music act than Beyoncé, and look how their album performed.

You have a point but people in general remember songs not albums
Sadly the GP doesn't have enough memory in their brain to remember a whole album, they just remember songs, and BEYONCE while it had impact on its release, it missed the chance to stay in the mind of people in years to come with the music.
All we are gonna remember from it is the way it was released, but no the content itself unless you are a hardcore stan.
