No. You need more than some quick little singles and s re successful tour to reach Britney level. Artpop showed us gaga can't afford a Britney Jean like Britney. So yes, Britney will always be a main poo girl whether her next single sells 4 copies, or one million.

Anyway, to answer the question I'm not sure. Leaning more towards no though. I mean everyone will always know who Britney is but she's not extremely relevant right now (to her defense that's because of her own doing though not because the public rejected her), no one outside of her hardcore stanbase is checking for or heavily anticipating new material, and she's not really a major force with the younger generation atm because of her dwindling promotional efforts and lack of attempts to gain any new fans.
