News: Cop "apologizes" for berating Uber driver.. blames it on him

But Sanjay Seth, the passenger who filmed it, went on Twitter and said he's LYING...

The cop stopped in the middle of the road to park and didn't turn on his blinker, the driver honked at him. That's hardly cause for that.

He even said he would arrest him if he didn't have stuff to do
