Usually no, my life is too busy for me to sleep at a god forsaken time. I'm up from 6am-11pm going to school, studying, tennis practice, hw, chores, and other extraneous subjects and because of how much work it takes I need to sleep otherwise the next day I won't get any of that done. Also I care about my health too much to just idly stay up
Not anymore. I go to sleep between 10:30 and midnight depending on what shift I'm working the next day. On the early shift I need to be up at around 5am to be at work for 6am so I tend to go to bed as early as I can the night before.
I have been waking up so much earlier lately (I wake up at like 5AM to 7AM now ) but I think thats to talk to my friend in England and I'm just set that way now. Due to that, I'm starting to go to sleep a lot more earlier now thank god.
Not as much as I used to. When you start working full time you appreciate sleep much more than you did in your teens. I can stay up til 2/3/4am when i'm not working the next day otherwise I'm sleep by 11/12.
On school nights I have to wake up at 6:30 and I usually don't go to sleep until 1:30. There have been times where I haven't gone to sleep until 3:30 or 4
Lately I go to sleep between 1am to 4am ... and wake up between 9 to 11
I'd surely like to go to sleep earlier but living in a joint family that's the only alone time I get and I like it lol
