I just figured if you saw me, if you looked in my eyes
You'd remember our connection and be freed from the lies
I just figured I was something that you couldn't replace
But there was just a blank stare and I couldn't relate
I just couldn't understand and I couldn't defend
What we had, what we shared, and I couldn't pretend
my 1 1/2 year old cousin still can't walk or even crawl yet and they think she may have cerebral palsy and aren't sure if she'll ever be able to walk at all. I love her so much and all I hope is she can be happy no matter what disability she may have. (sorry for the emo post)
