The source is a legit source. They do casting of extras for films, tv and music videos. A bunch of colleges use it to try to help students get their foot in the door.
The question is, is this really going to happen and what is this for? Janet was also working on a documentary and she has a deal with Lionsgate so we don't even know if its about the music.

If it's a tribute let's just hope that they have CONFIRMED a Janet appearance. We don't want another incident like last year where everyone thinks Janet is coming only for her to crush all hopes and dreams on Twitter cause she was too busy.
I doubt there'd be a Janet stan bluffing, it seems like a serious website.
