A rep for Ocean confirmed to Billboard it is indeed both: A new album and his own publication are due in July. The magazine is titled is Boys Don't Cry while the album title has yet to be revealed.
Ok... I might be reading way too much into things but you know on Frank's official website? At the top there is a line - half orange, half blue. Now the orange is surely a symbol for Channel Orange. Is the blue in relation to the name of his next album?
