Chile was sued at the Inter-American Court, but they struck a deal with plaintiffs to legalize it in a few years.
Nepal was told by their Supreme Court to do it and if they get a new constitution they might. All depends on whether they heed the advice and add it in the end.
Slovenia was legalized in Parliament, but it's up to a court to decide if it goes to a referendum or not.
Finland's Parliament said yes, but they only voted in principle, they'll spend over a year actually changing things to allow weddings.
