She had the attitude to pull off songs such as Back Up, Diva, ***Flawless, 7/11, etc so I don't see why she couldn't pull off BBHMM

Nah. Her voice lacks the edge Rihanna's has. It would seem less genuine and too try-hard if she did it. I think Nicki could have slayed it though.

Obviously. Beyonce has way more "swag" as you call it. There is a reason she makes urban classic records effortlessly.
