It would be wholly appropriate. & lbr they're not stupid. They know about the movement, they know what it signifies...'i can't breathe'. I sort of feel like this whole era is her actually trying to use her stature and position as Millenial QUEEN to do something. Like Home. Like Dior. Like...possibly #BLM. I could be reading too much into this [probably not] but it's all well and good saying it; it's everything when you include it in your music. Music is timeless. The music your parents grew up loving can be the same songs your children or grandchildren can enjoy.
The 60s,70s,80s riots brang with it Hip-Hop and amid all the trouble music that became synonymous with that time. That spurred people on, that inspired people. It's truly not out of the question to think musicians cannot feel the same or vocalise that through their work.
They're not all stupid and pathetic like Beyonce. That fool.
She's a popstar, dearie You have such a high concept of her, you're bound to disappointment
ew watching that tidal promo vid is the most pretentious and cringiest thing i've seen in my life, and i've seen every gaga interview. All those overpaid morons should be boycotted ughhh
No. Not even close to C2C. She also hasn't had any one of her 10 million forgotten features or singles pass 2 million downloads since Shartships in 2012.
But...isn't Rihfund from Barbados? She isn't even a damn American. I'm so confused. Why would she have an entire song and video dedicated to America and American History?
She really will sing and do anything they tell her to do doesn't she?
