Do you know what you want to achieve in this world?

Do you have a purpose?

I went through so many years being aimless but I am lucky that now that I am in my 20s I have figured out my direction. When I left my last job I figured out what path I wanted to take for my career and livelihood, and it will be tough but I am committed to making it happen.

I just hope I don't have to keep on going back to school and get new degrees in order to seem qualified enough. I just hope I can build up on my work experience in order to make it.

Do you know what you want to do with your life and where it is heading?

Im currently in cosmetology school and im not completely sure if its what i want to do for a living right now, im really interested in History/Geography but i would never want to be a school teacher since that is basically the only job you can get with those majors.

I just want to give it my all no matter what I do, I want to make lots of money, be happy, and eventually raise a family of 3-4 children with my future husband in a nice suburban house with dogs.

I have a plan but honestly I don't know, life is so unexpected you never know

If you major in history or geography you could always go on to some type of law school or some other graduate studies. There's some interesting things you could do with both those majors if you're interested enough.


As for me, I floundered a bit, got on track, fell off track, and now have a general idea of what I want to do. Right now, I'm mostly just feeling it out as I go and always keeping my mind open, but I'm pretty happy overall.

I want to go to school for art and see where that takes me

I know what I want to do but my college plans are a mess atm so actually achieving them will be a different story

Im in school majoring in International Security and Human Rights. I want to go to grad school for Public Policy. And then work with NGOs in impoverished countries to help people within those states. I also have my teaching degree to teach English as a second language which I will do in Latin America

Not at all I'm so indecisive. I still have a lot of time but I'm worried since I don't have the slightest clue and everybody else seems to have it all figured out

I want to become a professional author. The problem is, I don't know what steps to take to gt to that point. I know the obvious step is to write, but everything after that? I just want to figure it out, because I plan on having my first book published either before or at the age of 21, and I'm determined to make it happen.

I just want to make an honest living doing what I want to do an not being stuck at a dead-end job. I want a career and I want to be able to live comfortably and support my future family and not have to worry.

I want to be a psychiatrist but I'm not really sure

I graduated with a Psychology degree and I now work full time in a shop because I have no idea what I want to do

There's so many things you can do with Psychology! If you don't want to go into clinical psych, you can go into Marketing, Consumer Behavior Analysis, Counselling, Consultancy, etc.
