I saw an amiibo commercial for the first time this morning and the only ones they advertised were the common ones you see in every store, not the ones they are selling out of. Nintendo knows exactly what they're doing.

I have yet to be successful with any Amiibo preorder this wave...but I'm going to remain optimistic since we are still two months out.

I was originally just gonna get the Smash Amiibo of characters I love, but by the time I did that, I would only be missing a handful so I figured why not go after them all...such a mistake.

I got Greninja so I'm good. I'm going to try and trade it for a Jigglypuff if I can't get a preorder at target.

Nintendo are so damn messy. I walk into GAME every time I'm in town and see the same amiibo collecting dust (I'm tempted to just pick up Diddy like I did with Ike) because no one wants the basic ones. I get what they're doing with the low stock of the favourites but it isn't really helping them since they could sell so many more.

Whatever, I want my Olimar and I'm happy with Kirby, Villager, Ike and him. All my mains.
