personally i'd say Yzma from the Emperor's New Groove.

IDK if I'd call Yzma the best, but she was definitely one of the funniest. She and Kronk were hilarious

She and Maleficent are the ICONS and LEGENDS

Personally, I'd name Frollo, Maleficent and Chernabog as my trinity.

Maleficent. Such a bad bitch that they tried to ruin her reputation by making a movie where she's misunderstood and the victim. When will the others get half as much attention?

Jafar is second.

I love Maleficent, when I was a little girl I was OBSESSED with her.

Replace that irrelevant guy with queen Cruella and you're spot on.

Fun fact: Maleficent was voiced by Eleanor Audley, the same woman who voiced Lady Tremaine, the evil stepmother from Cinderella.

Hades was so sarcastic but Cruella is so iconic I like both
