I think so! Mulan is highly creative and intelligent in times of adversity throughout the film. Yes, I guess you could argue this happens for other Disney Princesses - Belle, for instance, is depicted as smart, but her story is resolved through the act of true love, and by the end her 'wit' becomes irrelevant. Mulan’s brains are a plot point throughout the entirety of the film. Let's not forget she also risked her own life and her family's honour to save her father's life by taking his place in the war against the Huns.
Pocahontas is the best because she is SO aware and goes with her feelings with no f***s given to religion or culture as she does what she wants to regardless of the concequences which teaches children to do what their heart says. It also has the most iconic Disney song other than Let It Go and Hakuna Matata

This could all apply to Mulan too! I think the consequences were far greater for Mulan because her crime was punishable by death but she still went ahead with her plans.
