I've always loved how she's got such strong songs and how she can convey feelings through them so easily and even though I think she's kinda weird sometimes and takes offense way too easily I love her and her music a lot. And I think that Big Girls Cry is one of her most personal songs and that you can really feel the agony in it. And watching the music video just made me feel this so much more.
