The only album of hers that strays from pop standards is Medulla because it's mostly a capella. She makes pop music that is infinitely more interesting than what is on the radio, and she refers to herself as a pop artist.

Hmm... no. The last time she was even slightly mainstream was the mid 90s. Just because Timbaland produced a song of hers and it's kinda catchy doesn't make it pop. She's a pop artist in the sentiment that some pop fans can get into her - but again, that doesn't make her a pop artist.
Also - most of her discography strays from pop standards.
Biophilia toys with like majorly experimental instrumentation and ****ed up time signatures that pop music would NEVER touch. EVER.
The most "Pop" thing about Björk is her imagery because it's appealing and intriguing.
