I Didn't claim it was a flop, but it wasn't as huge as it was expected. It was well hyped but especially in Europe due the late release, it wasn't as huge hit as people predicted after "Womanizer". "Womanizer" had such a long chart run everywhere. "Circus" was first bit runover by the hype of the first single. It did chart pretty well everywhere, but it just didn't meet the hype around it.
"If U Seek Amy" in the other hand... I predicted it to be bigger hit than "Circus" but all of the bad media show around the lyrics and horrible censoring killed it. Everyone I know loves it to bits!
"Circus" was as huge as expected in the US, #1 chr/pop #3 Hot 100 and 2 million+ sold downloads...its just in Europe where it underperformed...It did just as well as Womanizer did in Canada and Australia.

because Radar was released as promo single whatever back then after BTI and charted high esp in Sweden, it hit top 10.
I was thinking about the fact it was released WW before as well...But I guess this time it will a video to back it up and I hope it could re-peak everywhere.
