I've had so many hot teachers over the past couple of years.

This year I have one who is pretty young, he's 28 and his personality is super adorable. His body is nice too.
I have another who is in his late 30's. He has a pretty nice ass and he always wears these tight pants.
Last year I had one who was in his early 40's and LORDEEEEE. I swear I thought he wasn't a day over 32 bc he was perf. I've seen ha shirtless but let me not go there.

I never had hot teachers. I had a hot para-pro though. She was like the real-life version of Sunset Boulevardez and she bought me a bike for being the top student of my class back in the 4th grade.

Yes, I live in a coastal town in California. I'd say about 40% of the teachers are hot and about the same for the student body. It's a big motivation to show up everyday and leave as the sun sets! haha.
