Mel and Nicole should be the judges, they have personality, they are bold, and they are good mentors. Even though Nicole was in a girl group, you can't deny she was a really good judge. The only other person id allow is Demi, but she's not big in the UK

Honestly, they should just kill off the format and bring Britain's Got Talent into the pre-Christmas slot. The X Factor has been floating, face-down in the water for years now.

I actually did really like the idea of Sara Cox doing in, she was in talks with them last year.
She's not a huge star, but she's an important figure in music and radio and has a great personality.
Cheryl has had it unfortuantly. The music she ***** out is bland and uninteresting and so is her judging.
Its a shame because back in the day 08/09 I loved her on X-Factor but now I find her so boring and her music is awful quality its a shame because if she actually spent a few years perfecting she could make an amazing album.
It's not the Judges' job to entertain that's what the acts are for but can't say im surprised the whole thing has become a charade. I only watched the audition stages last year and Cheryl was a much better judge than Mel so good riddance
