So I only watched the Disney animation movie once as a kid but from what I remember she is the least impressing of the princesses. All she does throughout most of the movie is sleep and wait for a man to save her. In comparison all the other Disney princesses display their talents and skills but Aurora is very lackluster, even her looks have nothing on the rest. For thse very reasons she is also the least popular of all princesses and is overshadowed by the villain.
Do you agree that Aurora is the worst Disney princess? And if not why?
Snow White: Animals love her, knows how to cook and sing
Little Mermaid: Smart, explores the world
Mulan: Brave and smart
Belle: A genius, also very compassionate
Pocahontas: Brave, has cultural sensibility, understands nature
Jasmin: hmm might be second worst. Not a fool but I wouldn't call her smart either.
Aurora: Sleeping
I love Aurora's design - the sharp features, the beautiful blue dress, the quality of her face. She's a good person and I love the few songs that she has. Once Upon A Dream is a classic. But the story isn't really about her unlike the rest of the princesses. Her rescue is the focal point. One would argue that the fairies or maybe even Prince Phillip is the main character.
The fact that know a lot of people don't even knows her name (and call her Sleeping Beauty)....
But she's more iconic than Belle, Merinda, and Tiana so HEY.
She's definitely not more iconic than Belle though. I mean Belle is going to be played by Emma Watson in a live action movie, that's the weight of Belle alone. Does anyone know the name of the girl who played Aurora on Maleficent?

The story of Sleeping Beauty is definitely more known than Beauty & the Beast.

Maleficent was about Maleficent though. Sleeping Beauty is about Aurora. Beauty & the Beast speaks for itself.
I thought it was only about popstars that people started chatting **** but wow. Sleeping Beauty is at least 400 years older.
