Especially when the Constitution guarantees Freedom of Religion. WTF is the point of this bill if discrimination (which is also barred by the US Constitution) won't be allowed? Either they're lying or the bill is redundant.

They need to amend their political system so that the federal government has the last word in passing laws that may infringe on the rights of individuals... Or even have full control!

The Supreme Court will more than likely strike this ******** down the moment someone is discriminated against under this bill and sues the state.

I really hope so, I always thought that it should be a more centralized government in the US though. States are given to much freedom in decision making in my opinion.

I don't think that will happen. Technically discrimination against LGBT is legal federally since they're not protected under any federal laws. Time for another amendment.
