Does anyone have a list or can anyone list artists who own their own masters?

And yes I know that Janet owns all of her masters from Virgin (Control - All For You) but who else?

These are the ones I remember reading about:
Jay-Z
David Bowie
Garth Brooks
Prince (only the post-Warner Brothers stuff though right)

I'm not quite sure about masters but Gaga owns her publishing and has her own publishing 'company'.

The only ones I know are the Jonas Brothers, the bought all their masters before they broke up and left Hollywood Records.

And Nick as a solo has his own publishing label, so idk.

All the ones you listed + MJ. I don't know of that many. I imagine they are hard to obtain since a record label can have a 75+ year copyright (smh) on your ****.
