More than likely. I always like to try the different streaming things. I always get excited when a new one comes out because I love music and the experience.

Also, I do hear a sound quality difference with Tidal too so I'm more than happy to switch my $10 Spotify subscription to a $10 Tidal subscription

They can use it to their advantage ...as they've already done...it just seems that they want to push it even more so...that will work for some but for others it won't.



I said that I don't use Spotify but unlike many I can think outside of myself and understand different points of view. I'll continue using Itunes; however, that doesn't mean I can't comprehend the flaws in Tidal and understand why people would prefer to stay with Spotify.
Its also equally obvious why some fall right into the influence of going to tidal as well.

You can't really believe that artist will stop using their music for endorsements/tours/movies etc. for which many would believe they get paid a generous fee...I mean please incorporate other factors too.

But what about the artists and their job? They're members of society also, not every artist relies on pay checks from tours, singles and records, not every artist gets that kind of recognition, Tidal can help with that, also, it's really a call for artists to gain control back over their work. It's not fair that an 'ordinary citizen' has the right to protect his intellectual property while the artists have all those streaming services on their back, taking their work and just stream it for free. That's just how I see it tho

That said, this response is purely deflection from answering the question.
Again, many of the people against Tidal are just interested in sticking with spotify or not using either but seeing through the stunt.
Meanwhile the people on defense for Tidal are throwing out questions they should ask themselves?

I don't have to wonder. There's a reason why these celebs are endorsing this...when spotify first came out did they have this attachment to streaming...hmmm.
They now see spotify has taken over and wants a bigger slice of the pie. mind you they are already getting a slice but they want more.

It's not enough to be endorsed for loads of money, to tour and charge an arm and a leg when youtube has the shows up or hawking a product for the moment.

Now they want more....let's see if the GP gives them more

#BanLibraries2K15. The reality is that books aren't free to produce, and it isn't just the author of the book that get paid as a result. It's the publishers, the editors, the manufacturers, etc. Reading books for free isn't a right, it's a luxury, and if you want quality books to read, the people who make it need to be compensated in some way.

Tidal already seems like it blows $20 a month for about the same sound quality I can get with the $5 Spotify subscription that tidal is trying to sabotage with annoying exclusives
