How would they know if an applicant is gay? LOL, last time I checked, job applications do not ask potential employees about that. Maybe the law is a good reason for many gay people to stop putting on the unnecessary feminine personality.

It will take time. Probably in most western world first. But it will take longer for the Asian countries to accept it.

I feel like Homophobia will be like racism. It'll be more hidden as time goes on and there will definitely be more accepting people, but like racism, homophobia is always going to exist.

It'll never be 100% acceptable, but it will get really close. It's already quite close now, homophobes are some of the most hated people in society today, I'd say more hated than gay people (obviously it's still very challenging to be gay though).
