Katy Perry's downfall will be her unquenchable desire to "be taken seriously." Katy Perry truly wishes she was Lorde. She's not allowed to be moody or dark, but she will still try to force it, despite no one liking it... and she will fall. Taylor Swift's downfall may be similar to Lady Gaga's downfall, in that, Taylor Swift will become so self-aware, than she's oblivious again. It's a circle. She's self-aware now, but she's paying too much attention to the internet, like Gaga, with her "no, it's becky" shirts and overtrying to make it look like she cares about her fans (notice how she only talks about and shows her cute, sweet-looking, tween girl fans in interviews and videos and not other fans).
