Lady Gaga has her whole career this decade sans her first 4 singles JD, PF, Paparazzi and LG.

From Bad Romance on everything has been impacting the current decade.

Lady Gaga has been rulling FORBES both Celeb 100 and Most powerful women lists since 2010.
She has been winning all her grammys this decade, VMAs etc.
Has sold more albums than anyone but Adele/Taylor this decade etc.

Her peak was in 2010 and 2011, that alone >>> most artists whole careers.

I remember that embarrassing list by BB and I am 100% sure that they don't like bruno and deliberately ignore him. The whole retro 1950's which came back again to life in 2010 among male artists, the clothing, the pompadour hair style which he first rocked in Grenade music video and is still rocking it, the huge hit forget you which he produced, Runaway Baby James Brown inspired performances, valerie live at 2011 vmas, and the list goes on. We have young talents like Meghan Trainer saying she's inspired by his music and his genre bending style. I don't even need to talk about his chart domination in the US and WW, but somehow BB doesn't think he's one of the defining artists of this decade after five years of impressive success selling records and arenas everywhere.

Maybe cause they were both their second tours as well as both being in 2011?
