I don't know why but this is just so creepy to me. I'm not even sure if the people on her "friends" list even knew her at all. Some forums said they tried to add her back in 2011 when the account was active but she never added anyone but the few she had.
In 2011 there was a thread on here about this weird ass website that was seemingly run by some cult or sect. On the site there was a black-and-white photo of a little girl from the '60s and even some kind of countdown if I remember correctly. There was also a 'news section' with messages like "Our saviour will come" or "A new age is upon us", just cryptic stuff like that. In the end it turned out to be a hoax, though.
Does anybody remember this? It was pretty big on here and even on the front page at one point, but I can't find the thread to save my life.
Omg, I think I remember this. It ended up being promotion for a water company or something.
I remember in like 01 or 02, my family had just got dial up internet and there was a website called rotten.com that had pictures of suicide victims and other dead people. Did a google search and turns out the website is still up with the same layout from back then
