No offense but you perform at the Superbowl if you have hits that can still appeal to the people and considering Katy has been chosen to play all her hits it makes me think that she has the timeless ones.

Gaga obviously, 50 years from now Born this way will be played at pride events all over the world, Poker Face will be played in clubs and Edge of Glory will be played in movies during the final scene after the main characters have died and the credits are rolling

Gaga's music is already failing to see longevity in such an early stage of her career, while Katy recently performed a medley of her hits in the most watched TV event ever.
Katy by a landslide. I Kissed a Girl, Teenage Dream, Firework, Roar... those all seem like they'll have lasting appeal.
Gaga has Poker face and... that's about it. Even Bad Romance seems too kitsch at this point to do anything but gather dust. As if Born This Way will be played anywhere but gay pride events in a decade... don't think that song about Koons or art or whatever is gonna stand the test of time either.
Obviously Gaga. She'll be here long after Katy is too old to "cutely" paint an elephant's toes pink.
