For me it's Hamburg. And then Bremen.

I loathe the german south. Can't deal with the people. Austria is different though.

Only been to Cologne, Düsseldorf and Frankfurt am Main. My favourite would be Cologne.
But i will see Berlin soon and maybe my opinion might change.
