The original album is great of course, but it becomes nearly ten times better when it all flows together. I'm so glad she did that.

I got the remastered version of Madonna and it came with a longer version of Borderline and a shorter version of Holiday than the original release/ whatever version I had downloaded... But according to Wikipedia, the only song length that changed from the original release to the reissue is Everybody. IDGI.

I think the version I downloaded might be the continuous version.

Is it available on CD, or do I have to get the "non-continuous" album?

It might have to do with the million amount of times that i heard the mixed non-stop version that the unmixed one feels like unfinished demos to me. No me gusta.

I believe the physical CD has the crossfade/continuous but the digital one does not.

You can always set your iTunes settings to have it though but idk I tried that and it didn't work that well for me.

I just noticed that I usually didn't play the entire album at once because there were a handful of tracks that I didn't like so I'd just pick and choose, but listening to it all at once in a continuous mix is such a great experience

I was at Target yesterday and they had CD's for 70% off, MDNA World Tour was there, I got it for like $4. I have 3 copies of it now

Depends on what you had, maybe you had The Immaculate Collection or Celebration downloaded? These are what I have in my iTunes.

Borderline:
Madonna - 5:18
The Immaculate Collection - 5:17 (Remix)
Celebration - 4:00 (Radio Edit)

Holiday:
Madonna - 6:00
The Immaculate Collection - 4:00 (7'' Edit)

Some versions are seconds longer than others for some reason. Like Holiday is 6:09 in the UK single, or 6:07 in the Europe single.

And also had the Burning Up + Lucky Star remixes from the 2001 reissue.

The Madonna (reissue) that I bought included:
Borderline (6:57)
Holiday (3:51)
And the same two remixes.



The Madonna (reissue) on iTunes includes the 5:21 Borderline and the 3:51 Holiday. This is so weird and confusing
