Firstly, Kesha's case was put first in favour of Luke's case. Luke's team is annoyed by this, so they've asked her to provide medical proof to warrant a reason of her case being put first. Her denying it, doesn't mean she doesn't have it. Luke's team used this as a way to prove his case has more substance. However, Kesha doesn't need to validate if the court still decide for her case to go first. It would be a waste of time.
Secondly, everyone coming in here when the courts believe there is more substance to her case AND nothing has officially started yet.
