It's so stupid. Although well-intentioned, where does that leave, say, a naturally quite loquacious mixed trans girl? She has to keep her mouth shut unless she offends?
If this was the National Assoc. of Black Students (Idek if it exists but for argument's sake) it'd make a bit more sense. NUS is a catch-all organization and I don't get how they can speak this way about black women's "behavior" and elements of LGBTQ culture they are obvs deeply ignorant of.
