According to the docs ... Kesha's ex-producer wants her to turn over all texts, emails, and any communications in which she may have accused him of abuse, drugging or date raping her on a private jet.
Kesha says providing that info would be a waste of time ... since she's asked a judge to toss Luke's lawsuit against her. But until there's a ruling ... Dr. Luke's pressing forward.
Wait why didn't the court as for those medical records upfront. Like if you say you were raped and you said you went to the hospital why wouldn't provide solid proof to help your own damn case.
This is gonna backfire in Kesha's face big time. Her claims are not adding up right. She has multiple opportunities to show any type of records of abuse and she can't. And the kicker is that she wants it tossed out? No mama, don't light a fire than try to run away.

"A waste of time" ?! It could be in her favor if she has SOME evidence, I know it's not easy to prove but all the things she said to her rehab doctor could be in her advantage, I don't understand....
