Replacing the original artists from a band NEVER works. Look where The Pussycat Dolls went. Exactly.
Just watch.

I would actually stan for 1D again if this is true.
The new faces would be so much hotter than the current line up.

it worked for Menudo so maybe it could work, but i think that their fans are too messy to support something like this, they would attack the new members and send death treats to them

It will never work. The Directioners will hate the new band's guts and refuse to even call them 1D.
It's like making a new Beatles. The Beatles will always be John, Paul, George, and Ringo. End of story.
Same deal with every other boy band line-up. The classic line-up can never be replaced. The Monkees will always be Davy, Micky, Peter, and Michael. NKOTB will always be Joey, Jonathan, Jordan, Danny, and Donnie. NSYNC is Justin, JC, Lance, Joey, and Chris. BSB is A.J., Brian, Nick, Howie, and Kevin. Take That is still Robbie, Mark, Gary, Jason, and Howard. The Jonas Bros. are Joe, Kevin, and Nick.
When people remember 1D, they will remember Harry, Niall, Liam, Zayn, and Louis. Not the four-piece 1D, and certainly not any future line up of replacements.

Don't know why you say "the Directioners" as if you aren't considerably one, an annoying one, at that.

Sounds like a mess and as if the directioners would stan for this, they stan the members, just create a different band and don't damage the brand.
