Emma Bunton a.k.a. Baby Spice recently spilled some tea in an interview when she was asked about their upcoming 20th anniversary.

Bunton says "there's lots" of Spice Girls songs that have never been released. "We recorded lots and lots and lots of songs," she dished.
The last I heard was that they were considering an (extremely limited) Vegas residency, but I haven't heard anything since. So that's probably not happening either.
Sounds like she's hinting at the possibility of them releasing old songs.
As far as a reunion goes- they might have a one day engagement, that probably won't include a performance, but it won't be anything major, like a new album or tour. At least not with all five of the girls.

Yeah basically this. Victoria has her own fashion brand already so she's got a lot on her hands
I'm sure this will happen. They've been hinting at a reunion for their 20th anniversary for about 2 years now. That's plenty of time to organize their business & personal lives to accommodate a reunion. Also, Emma is teasing new music. That ALONE is huge. I'd be happy with them releasing an unreleased track as a single, featuring updated vocals. Maybe we'll finally get WOMAN.
