Yes, I remember when I was at IHOP like 2 years ago and I ordered a drink literally seven times I was about to blow up but I was with my relatives and my family so I had to calm myself down.
And the fact that they didn't apologize still pisses me off.
Anyway I don't have that many bad customer service experiences as most of the stores here generally have nice and cordial employees. It's a must in retail business, so employers emphasize on assertiveness, expediency, hospitality etc.

However, I went to a diner with my cute guy friend once because he was hungry and I just ate, so he got food and I just ordered water. 10 minutes later the waitress arrives with his food and turns to me and goes "I'm sorry, but what did you want?" Like, I'M SORRY I ordered water but I literally don't drink anything else. Also, I think she was kind of pressed because she thought my friend was hot.
Not one I would ever complain about. But whenever I do get my food after a long wait and/or its cold i'm just going to ask for my money back. i don't trust anyone, especially after that "Secrets you know because of your job" thread
Yes, once this bitch refused to bring me my drink after asking about 5 times and she was my groups waitress for the night, so I called over another one and she brought it instantly but as soon as she had given it to me the original girl comes with my drink and looks so ****ed off and she turns around and walks off and basically for the rest of the night is subtly rude towards me and probably did some damage to my food but I ate it all to show her I really couldn't give a ****
I needed to sort out a return of a pair of pants with PacSun and, I kid you not, I had to call them on ten separate occasions over two months in order for the full refund to go through. The reps were nice and patient, but their returns system is a complete mess.
