A 10 is the highest mark you can get, and a 0 the lowest

10 = A+
9 = A- / A
7/8 = B+/B
5/6 = C+/C
0/4 = F

7-8,9= 60-69

I have never once known anyone here to use that system. We use A*, A, B, C, D, E, (F and G in secondary school), and U up until university.
