First off, at some gig in late 2013 Rihanna asked the band to play "sneak peak of her next record". It wasn't long, she wasn't singing, but that's when the teasing began.

So summing things up, it's been:

over a year since Rihanna told that the new album is coming"very soon"

over a year since we got Promised snippet

over a year since Kiss It Better snippet

over a year months since the r8 experience

nearly a year since the release of the first single FourFiveSeconds and its music video a little later

who knows how long since Higher's two snippets

many months since BBHMM was released

In the meantime we got American Oxygen with a music video and James Joint. Yet the album is STILL nowhere to be seen.
