But I agree, this season is so good.

Season 1 was so short, it was amazing, and shaped the rest of the show, but 6 episodes was not enough.
Season 2 in a way is very similar to this season, it has slower moments, quieter moments, but when **** hits the fan, it goes insane.
Season 3 was actually so well done, I mean the actually horror element, and thriller vibes we got from The Governor especially toward the end, with the whistling, and even him brushing his dead daughters hair, it was just creepy, and so well done.
Season 4 started off so terrible to be quite honest, I felt tired of the prison, this damn sickness, was dragging on for way to long, everything just felt like it was dragging on way to long, I felt like the new cast members were bad actors, and brought no dept to their characters, or realism, like in the past. The introduction to the Governor was nice, but it really only got great from the mid-season finale, where the long anticipated riot between The Prison vs Wood bury had finally come to life, I was sad we lost Hershel, but I now look back and think it was time. The second half of season 4 is where it picked up, I think, I still felt like their was some messy moments, I felt Sasha was terrible in her role, but then we got the brilliant Daryl and Beth episode, and the extremely new, exciting twist on the series with the episode of Carol and Tyrese and the two little girls, it actually brought back some of the horror elements to the show. And that specific episode went on to be one of the most prevalent episodes of the entire series, I mean "look at the flowers" is so referenced today. But Season 4 was probably the weakest.
Season 5 started out with a bang, Carol was killer, and it was one of the most exciting and possibly one of the best Walking Dead episodes to date, a perfect series opener, and truthfully they kept riding off that high tension the entire season, I would have liked to see the cannibal element explored a lot more, and in depth, because that would've been truly horrifying, and that story line was cut short, but maybe for the best, because it kept picking up, and we got the great episode with Beth, which sadly she went, but it was so emotional, I still think her character could have been developed a lot more. Everything about this season has been high tension, and exciting, up until this last episode (15), which I found completely underwhelming, and not at all moving, I found every single episode this season moved me, emotionally, I mean from them adapting to Alexandrea, to the priest pulling a Judas on the group, and Maggie over hearing. And Carol playing damsel in distress, when we the viewers are the only ones in on the fact that she is indeed a badass, besides episode 15, this season has been up to par with Season 1, 2 and 3 in my opinion. I mean I even began liking some of the newer characters, up until the last episode where Sasha went back to being annoying, I felt for her like two episodes, and then she does a complete 180, and that is either her acting skills, or just bad writing, because for a slight moment, I let her in, when she flipped out at that cocktail party, and I finally understood her, but now shes back to being a drag. And feels like she has no depth.
