Because a crazy person, with a gun, still out on the loose doing god knows what is not as an important as cracking down on annoying car honkers that could prevent this from happening.

Downright terrifying.. I didn't know that honking the horn was going against any amendments..

I actually feel people don't horn enough.

So many terrible drivers cutting lanes on the road but not enough people hit their horns to teach them from cutting. One of the main reasons of accident.

Can somebody explain to me how some individuals can have such bad road rage that they shoot another driver? Why does this seem to happen so often. I have never in my life gotten angry enough to even yell at another driver let alone shoot them. Horrible.

EDIT: but tbh if I did get shot at and survived I would literally hunt that driver down and kill them with my bare hands.

This is why my parents always told me not to engage with people with road rage. There's always that chance they will shoot you. Sad to see this become a reality for this woman

But is there really a reason to shoot others for it?

You better never ever visit Italy by car.

Or India where they toot their horn constantly
