Here is a quick reminder of the theme:
The song needs to lyrically present themes of spring. Here's a good description to reference:

Spring is a great season to celebrate rebirth and new life. Pop music is the perfect accompaniment. These are songs that bring to mind: hope, joy, beauty, and the carefree spirit of springtime.
The song doesn't have to flat out state these themes, but the judges should be able to easily interpret it as such. As long as your song meets those guidelines, you should score just fine.
