A bulk doesn't really matter if it's "clean" or "dirty", as long as you ARE exercising. MAKE sure you're lifting hard because all the excess calories you are taking from the bulking will turn into fat, and that won't be nice.
Mainly the only difference between dirty and clean bulking is that in the former you can eat whatever you want, whereas in the second you still eat an excessive amount of calories but generally these consist of healthy foods, as the name suggests. Most people argue that it is up for your preference whatever route you choose, but again, make sure you LIFT.
