nnn when i think of a katy cat being cocky an image of those girls in toddlers & tiaras occurs in my head. our fave is smashing the box office, waiting for Obama to give her an award and already has one of the biggest hits of the year, all of this while getting Grammys and icon awards, selling out tours, getting #1s left and right and being respected by peers and legends alike, all this by performing twice per era then sitting on her couch smoking a blunt, we have all the right to be cocky.
