I use them for running. I was professionally fitted and ended up with a pair of Saucony's during track season last year but these are truly so much more comfortable, and the only reason I bought them was because I love how they look. Best pair of shoes I've ever bought and I get compliments all the time (I'm sure yall will call them ugly tho).
