She just needs deep house productions.

why is Kylie so mad? Kiss Me Once is trash, only Sexercize is a great bop, yet she didn't released it as a single, only a music video. Sia's impact is real! Kylie needs to do something new with herself, and make good quality music. She always expects for her songs to be smashes, but that's not how it goes nowdays. The songs you'd least expect to be hits are hits, while those other flop!

She hasn't released anything good since All The Lovers anyway.

Make more TImebomb-esque songs and you'll start selling albums Kylie.

Fantastic news. However, Feels So Good should've been released as the lead single instead.

Rih, Calvin are thriving there and obviously Mark with a huge global smash right now, so it's not Roc. KMO had good promo across the globe too. Shakira's album did okay and had great promo too.
They pushed Skirt which had good buzz and producers, which she probably scrapped for the losers on KMO using her same dated style.
She just needs a complete revamp or go sit down.

I stan but I agree with this.
She needs another reinvention like KM'94 or Impossible Princess. X, Aphrodite, and KMO sounded too same-y. Somebody needs to stir things up.

I kinda want her to do electro R&B next.

I'm not even a Kylie fan but Skirt and Timebomb were bops. If KMO had more songs like it I would have given it more of a try.
Into the Blue and Les Sex were cute though

THP just revealed on SayHey that she was "out of contract" from Roc months ago, it's just now hitting the press.
Elvenpath's thread in Celebria saying she'd left Parlophone as well didn't get nearly as much attention as it should have so I was thinking of doing one here but decided against it.

A reliable source says she's considering new management now and will think about a new label later.

X doesn't sound like Aphrodite and KMO tho
And even Aphrodite has a more distinctive sound which deferenciate it from KMO tbh

KMO was amazing. Into The Blue is one of the best songs from this decade

Did you even bother to read the thread? The whole reason Sexercize, previously called Get It (feat. Brooke Candy), wasn't released as the lead single because of the label.

Kiss Me Once was bad. I only liked 2-3 songs. She can do much better. She used to have PERFECT songs and videos.

So I'm a moderate fan of Kylie's, been a fan since X, but I feel like most of her albums only have five or so good songs anyway, so I don't really see what's wrong with KMO musically. Can anyone tell what the gist of fans dislike about KMO, or at least, what songs everyone seems to dislike?

For me, KMO is her most anonymous record lyrically and musically. There's just hardly any trace of HER in there, just countless producers and songwriters. Also, this is her weakest album visually probably ever. No memorable photos or music videos

Why hasn't a Kylie and Iggy collaboration happened yet. There both Australian, they need to support each other. Also I need Kylie to work with more R&B producers like DarkChild and Detail.
