Lactose/gluten-free products are usually more expensive than regular products, is that wrong? Should you be charged more for something like that? Do you eat any specific medication (like lactase-pills)?
No, but several people in my family are. It's not as difficult as one might think, but it was harder a few years ago when there weren't as many gluten products on the market.
I believe I'm somewhat intolerant to Lactose... I drink milk everyday, but often I have minor diarrheas that I connected with the lactose consumption as I've tested not drinking milk for that purpose... It took me sometime to realize that because I have never had a regular cycle when it came to pooping lol.
I think I'm gluten intolerant. I always have stomach pains but kind of just thought it was normal for the longest time.
I just started gluten-free yesterday, hoping to see some improvement.
I do find that I fart a lot after eating particularly glutinous breads, but gluten is so essential for giving bread that chewy, sumptuous, toothsome texture. Jeffrey will just have to suffocate under the sheets!
