Why do ppl use food poisoning as a substitute for diarrhea?
I mean, they're not even the same but I keep hearing people say, "Pretty sure it's food poisoning. Got me!"
...and I'm like, 'Bitch it's just diarrhea. Food poisoning is different.'
Can anyone explain? Or am I missing something?

Food poisoning is much more severe than just watery poo. They just ate something that didn't agree with them, legit food poisoning lays you out

When you get food poisoning you throw up AND diarrhea. You don't eat for a day or two or three because you're more ****ed up than Gaga at a wedding.
Diarrhea just means you ate Taco Bell.
